These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of crunchassistance.com (the "Site"), operated by Crunch Assistance LLC ("we," "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old (19 in some states), have a verifiable source of income, and have an active checking account in your name.

2. Nature of our service

Crunch Assistance is a free online connection service. We are not a lender, broker, or agent of any lender. We do not make loans, do not control loan terms, and cannot guarantee that any lender will extend an offer.

3. Your representations

You agree that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have authority to submit it. Submitting false information may be a federal crime.

4. Authorization

By submitting your information, you authorize Crunch Assistance to share that information with our participating lenders and marketing partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you with offers. You also authorize Crunch Assistance and its partners to contact you by phone, email, autodialed call or text (where you have opted in), and pre-recorded message, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of obtaining any loan or service.

5. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any lender will accept your information, extend an offer, or fund a loan. Loan availability, amount, APR, and terms are determined solely by the lender.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics, code) is the property of Crunch Assistance or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crunch Assistance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loan terms, fees, or actions of any lender or marketing partner.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crunch Assistance harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any lender.

10. Governing law & arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
